fix for ftp error: inode is remote

When using the windows command line FTP client (at least on Windows 2003 Server), to put a file over 2GB I received an error that stated “inode is remote”. That wasn't very helpful, so I went to Google and found a few posts to an Oracle users group that pointed to the problem being with the FTP client.

Sure enough, the Windows FTP command line client can't handle files over 2GB. Solved easily enough by using NcFTP which comes with a command line program to put files called ncftpput which can be used in batch files. NcFTP has come to my rescue a couple times over the past few months and is now part of my standard toolkit.
