I submitted a ticket on 10/12/06 and finally received a reply on 11/3/06--22 days.

At least with their phone support, I was only disconnected once and on hold for 30 mins. before getting an answer.

I switch over to WRBWHD on Brighthouse and it is in LQWTABOTSHD (Low Quality With Those Annoying Bars On The Side HD).  Full-screen HD gets me interested in football games I could care less about, so I'm sure it would work its magic (sorry) for basketball.

Already, on the second day of October I'm over the puns. Today's turd was "Prices so Low It's Scary!!". I guess they should get points for the proper use of the apostrophe, but those would be negated by the double exclamation point.

If you are going the Halloween pun route, why not try to be a bit more creative like "Prices so Low They'll Scare the Boo Out of You!!" (use another exclamation point for super-ultra emphasis)?
