Not only is using the Adobe/Macromedia site incredibly, slowly painful but their web support is even worse. I submitted a ticket on 10/12/06 and finally received a reply on 11/3/06–22 days.
At least with their phone support, I was only disconnected once and on hold for 30 mins. before getting an answer.
