At first I thought it indicated to indicate I hadn&#039;t logged onto *my* AOL account, which made no sense because I never had an AOL account.

It&#039;s obviously just a very poorly written bounce message, because a &quot;550&quot; (&quot;no such user&quot;) would imply that &quot;their free AIM Mail account&quot; does not even exist.

In either case it doesn&#039;t make sense, because presumably the user used that address to receive yahoogroup mail and the only way to do that is to verify an email address.   It could be an error in a forwarded message, but I saw nothing in the headers to suggest that.]]></description>
