I don't like the Beatles (yeah, shoot me). However, Imagine is a good song but I don't like John Lennon's singing. Peter Gabriel did it justice.

Although a valiant effort by Mr Gabriel, I don't think it came close to the original. The Beatles as a group were ok, but John Lennon and George Harrison were definitely the talent and soul behind the group. “Imagine” was a song for a generation. Even if I was too young to appreciate it, i can recognize that. Too bad the other two didn't die instead.
